Duty / Responsibility
• Coordinating with all Site Supervisors.
• Supervise the cleaners (Deep Cleaning) from VOLGA while cleaning the whole MOPU-STOR before loading out.
• Overall coordinator.
• Communicating with all ongoing jobs i.e. Blasting Area & Galvanizing
• Updating daily site progress meeting.
• Attending the daily site progress meeting.
• Preparing all Supervisors Material Requisition to be ordered.
• Assisting all the upcoming deliveries.
• Communicating with AMB Jebel Ali Office, AMB Musafah Office and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries. Assisting all the deliveries in the warehouse & store to make sure that deliveries are complete and as per PO. Inform both Purchase Department and supplier the full status of the deliveries.
• Assisting all the handing-over materials to Adyard, SBM, Oil Engineering and all other sub-contractors..
• Buyer / Purchaser Coordinator (Site)
• To look for quotations and inquiries.
• Follow – up all the deliveries and other materials needed for the project.
• Checking the allocation of deliveries either in the warehouse or in the store.
• Checking and counting all the materials if necessary.
• Attending all the Outgoing MPR’s and Incoming Deliveries.
• Doing some Meeting of Meeting if necessary.
• Scanning all necessary and urgent documents and sends to the responsible personnel.
• Communicating with all AMB-Adyard Staffs and administration specially if there were complaints from Workers to Admin or Admin to Workers.
• Dealing with workers complaints bringing up to the administration.
• Helping Workers/Administration in various cases.
