My ideal job would involve managing resources and guide the effort of a professional team of people, in order to accomplish tangible goals, essential for the benefit of the organization I work for and with respect to the values and interests of the hosting community, and wouldn’t necessarily be of the same or repeated nature to increase the challenge and makes the experience more versatile.
