Credit Analyst

. Review credit applications for new accounts
· Monitor all current customers aging for possible billing or collection issues
· Contact customers as needed regarding billing or collection issues
· Coordinate annual credit limit review; in addition to on-going monitoring of limits
· Process EFT payments for the Finance Department
· Work with Sales to ensure customer service, while maintaining current aging on accounts
· Invoice customer orders and process Credit Memos for the Finance Department
· Maintain all capital assets in FAS in addition to tracking all CIP accounts for Finance Department
· Perform SOX testing for various functions for the Finance Department
· Calculate for doubtful accounts and cash reserves at end of month for the Finance Department
· Perform monthly AR reconciliations for Finance Department
· Calculate and provide end of month PP&E reports to corporate office
· Maintain pro-active measures for customer payments on key accounts
· Write and update all SOP’s for current job functions
· Work with the Customer Service Department reviewing the current credit holds for customer orders
· Enter all cash receipts and reconcile the AR balance at end of month for the Finance Department
· Review and maintain all customer files for SOX compliance
· Maintain Tax Resale Certificates for all domestic accounts
· Represent Tru Vue at Apogee Credit & Collection Team meetings
· Provide assigned quarterly reports for Finance Department to corporate
· Provide back up for various Finance Department functions as needed
· Participate in Six Sigma projects to help lean out procedures and exceed company goals
· Project Leader for Six Sigma project transactional process improvement
· Participate in continuous education to ensure best practices within the credit and collections industry
