HSE SUPERVISOR/ ADVISOR

I have acquired proficiency and skilful knowledge of HSE management System as per OHASAS 18001:2007 + ISO 14001:2004. I am ready and feel confident to handle multiple and challenging responsibilities

As for as my professional experience is concerned I have worked both in contracting and client companies. While being an employee of client companies I have experience how to supervise the activities of contracting companies, like how to make a permit safe, how to put compensatory measures, monitoring sites, having safety meetings, safety walkthrough, receiving HSE Statistics reports etc. While working as an employee of contracting companies I understand the requirements of the client companies, (From June 07 to date 2 HSE Audit conducted from client side 1st in Dec.07 scored 47.2%, un accepted HSE level, 2nd audit in April 09 scored 72.2% accepted HSE level and one audit carried out by nqa.global assurance in Aug. 09 for HAWK to update OHSAS 18001:1999 to OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004.)

Major responsibilities at site
1- Preparing and providing job risk assessment (JRA/ JSA)
2- Applying PTW including attachments of scaffolding, confined space, radiography complementary permits etc.
3- Attending kick of meeting prior to get new jobs.
4- Preparing weekly and monthly HSE Statistics reports.
5- Preparing incident / accident investigation reports.
6- Knowledge of safe working in confined space, at height and preparation of scaffolding.
7- Handling of gas cylinders.
8- Heavy and difficult lifting. (Method of statement)
9- Preparing emergency evacuation plans.
10- Safe welding.
11- Giving training to HSE officers and watchers.
12- Knowledge of radiography, hydro test, air pigging and flushing.
13- Construction of trunk line from well site to main production units.
14- Civil, mechanical and electrical jobs on well sites.
15- Shut down jobs inside oil producing units
