o Attending Sales Meetings

o Making the SOP of each customers and arranging the shipment as per

o Preparing the Invoice and costing the File

o Pricing – Air Freight Imports, Exports and Cross Trade/ Rate
Negotiation with the Local Airlines and Shipping Lines
o Coordinating with various Airlines/Shipping Lines
o Daily Correspondence with the existing clients.
o Internal Co-ordination with Sales Team
o Targeting/focusing new Customers
o Coordination with internal teams towards their daily issues and
activities and assisting to resolve accordingly
o Pro-active Planning and accordingly allocating the jobs to team members
o Negotiating better price in all the activities to increase company
profit
o Recommending new ideas to streamline the work and for smooth operation
o Maintaining good rapport with Agency network in order to get special
price

o Computer Application – MS-Word, Windows, PowerPoint, Internet, COBOL,

o Secretarial Practice and Office Management
