Current job: project supervisor leader (working as Mechanical supervisor) in Alstom (mechanical equipments and piping )
power at Shoaiba power plant project stage III (Steam power plant).
1- Handling projects, in accordance with contract, specifications, client’s instructions, and work
procedures approved drawings and method statements.
2- Control project’s time, scope, and quality.
3- Handles all changes as instructed by the owner.
4- Report to my manager of any changes which may have time and cost implications on the project.
5- Monitors project resources and highlight deficiencies.
6- Monitors all productivity related activities of contractor’s staff, labors and plant on site.
7- Monitor work is carried out in accordance with contract documents and highlight any problems to the concerned parties.
8- Monitors and directs the quality assurance and quality control for work to be carried out as per
project contract quality requirement.
9- Ensures minutes of meetings are taken down for follow up actions.
10- Follow up of material submission, approval and procurement schedules.
11- Commissioning the project, till it is handled over to the owner, explaining him all needed
maintenance jobs to be done, training needed for the staff, Calibrations needed.
12- I have also experience in maintenance jobs, control of the machines, electro-mechanical parts ,
plc of Tetra Pak machines., trouble shooting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing the needed lists of required spare parts & process sheets
& modifications, Process cards for overhauling turbojet engines.
V. Training:
I have got training in different countries for Tetra Pak Machines:
Turkey, Sweden, China, Singapore, Italy.
I have traveled to Oman, Yemen, Pakistan, and Egypt……As technical support.
