DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES AS A (Welding Inspector)CSWIP 3.1
1. Responsible for quality control & inspection of piping fabrication activities.
2. Review of WPS, PQR.
3. Witness for Welder Qualifications.
4. Prepare Weld maps.
5. Prepare Inspection reports(Fit-up, Final Visual)
6. Check list Preparation.
7. Co-ordination/Witnessing of all NDT Inspections.
8. Line check, Punch list Preparation, and Hydro test Package Preparation.
9. Prepare Weld maps and As-Built for final document.
10. Preparation & Submittal of QC Dossier and Engineering Document.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A (Mechanical Inspector)
1.Line checking and clearing the punch items before the pressure test on completed pipelines.
2.Preparation QA/QC documents, site quality plans, inspection test plans, work procedure, welding procedures etc.,
3.Witness performance and testing of procedure qualification test assemblies, supervise these activities.
4.Perform inspection on erection and installation of prefabricated pipe lines.
5.Checking the piping materials as per codes and process standard specifications.
6.Preparing take of list as per isometric drawing.
7.Inspection of shop fabrication of piping spools and supports. Visual inspection of plant piping and preparing Punch list after installation.
8.Supervise and Quality Assurance on the erection, mounting and alignment activities of rotating equipments.
9.Witness cleaning / installation of equipments prior to installation.
10.Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals, scope of work to perform the required inspection.
11.Complete responsibility of planning & supervision to the works of piping Supervisor / Foreman, Welders, Pipe fabricators, Fitters, Grinders, Riggers and Crane operators checking of Material take off list.
12.Reviewing the applicable instruments for inspection with valid calibration certificates.
13.Preparation of Hydro test packages as per PID, Isometric drawings, hydrostatic drawings and all related documents.
14.Witnessing Hydro testing.
15.Ensure satisfactory identification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings. Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flange face and fittings.

3. Degree (B.Tech-Mech): KITS( Kakatiya Institute of Technology and science) Warangal from Kakatiya University in Warangl.2005 pass out. With second division.
