1. Recruitment (internal)
- Supporting and advising Line Managers for job descriptions and broadcasting roles using the internal recruitment system called Managed Open Resourcing
- Managing the internal process and interfacing with stakeholders involved in the onboarding process i.e Line Managers, Employees, Shared Service Desks and internal support functions.
2. Compensation and Policy
- Answering first calls from client groups, advising the business clients and executing the various HR processes i.e promotions, salary adjustments or any other changes for different staff categories. This involved interfacing with relevant parties i.e Skillpool, Policy, Shared Service Desk, Line Manager and Employee and implementing the process effectively and efficiently.
3. Learning and Development
- Coaching Line Managers and Employees on career development opportunities and learning solutions in conjunction with the Learning Department plans.
4. Systems
- Managing HR Data in SAP and ensuring alignment with the Budget Plan and Work Programming and Budget.
- Maintaining an auditable trail of change records
- Maintaining employee and department data integrity in SAP.
- Producing regular reports from SAP and liasing with budget holders to ensure data quality.
5. Employee Relations
- Focal Point for employee relations between Employee and various stakeholders i.e Line Manager, Talent and Learning Department. Handling employee grienvances and working towards necessary action.
6. Administration
- Managing relevant documentation to ensure tracking and auditing of various HR Processes such as mobilization, promotions, demobilizations.
7Services
1. HR Services lead for the mobilization and onboarding of Operators, Technicians and Shift Supervisors.
2. Lead for demobilization and off-boarding activities of leavers.
3. ADHOC
- Contributed towards setting up and finalizing Local Processes in the Middle East HR Online / Local Services Transition
