• Looking after the entire plant operations, troubleshooting relevant to the process and SCADA
• Planning and procurement of the equipments required for the new plant, erection and commissioning of the same, interacting with the government authorities, suppliers and the design consultants regarding the project and making modifications to the existing plant.
• Monitoring the entire preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in the plant on daily basis.
• I am a member of the group’s WCM( world class manufacturing)panel, and om responsible for the execution of the autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance of the same.

Production Executive: 2005 -2009
TYTAN organic chemicals, SHARJAH, U.A.E (The Company is into manufacturing of construction chemicals and has turnover of around 1900 Crores. The plant includes glass lined reactors, heat exchangers, steam boilers, jet type and closed loop cooling towers, neutralizers and compressors). My duties were as under-
• Looking after the entire production operations, production planning and its execution.
• Troubleshooting relevant to the process and SCADA, product development, member of the water treatment team and conducting quality checks at various stages.
• Preparing the monthly production reports, a team member of the plant expansion project and management representative of the ISO 9001:2000 team.

• Design of process equipments like Agitators, Conveyors, Heat Exchangers.
• Preparation of Material & Energy Balances, PFD, Equipment List, Making P &I Diagram, Utility Distribution Diagram & Process Design, Preparing SOP.
• Plant layout & costing.
• Checking Structural & piping drawings.
• Testing, Erection & commissioning of process equipments.
• Technical Report writing like SHE, HAZOP study, Risk analysis & its management.
• Process Development & Modification.
• Trial Run, commissioning & hand over of plant to the Production Department.
