Duties & Responsibilities
o Switchgear installation, the scope included the erection of the switchgear, connection between the switchgear and the transformer via the bus duct. As well as, the erection of the internal bus bars between switchgear sections (the incomer to the tie). Moreover, the installation of circuit breakers inside the switchgear and testing of the bus bars by the Megger and Duck Test.
o Complete Transformer installation and commissioning tests such as; winding and Hi-Pot test. Moreover, the termination of the control transformer cables at the Annunciator panel
o MCC erection, the scope included the installation of MCC's internal bus bars and space heater. As well as, the continuity and megger test between MCC and the equipment at the field. In addition, the testing of the control sections of the MCC.
o Internal cable pulling between Switchgear to MCC, Switchgear to UPS, MCC to interpose panel( Marshalling panel)
o Grounding system for the projects.
o Cable tray and ladder installation.
o Lightning system.
o Paging and communication system for site (installation and connection).
o Testing and termination for all electrical equipment at site.
o Lighting ( area ,street and structure ) :

1) Lighting installation as per specification drawing
2) Pulling cables to complete the loop between lights and pulling the cables from main junction box to distribution board
3) Install the cable tray or conduit between the lights to complete the circuit
4) Cable glanding and termination
Heat tracing for piping and valves ( installation and cable pulling from the main board to junction boxes )
o Mobilization for electrical on site. Temporary power for electrical panel, pulling cables from generator to main distribution board, and from MDB to distribution panels).
