I have been rendering my services as an Operational Engineer/ Shift Engineer on World Class Capacity Ammonia Plant (M.W Kellogg International-960 MTPD) of Pakarab Fertilizers Limited-Multan Pakistan for the last 03 years.
Ammonia is the high pressure and high temperature plant, handling of fluids at temperature between 1400 to -190 0C and pressure 154 bar. I have also worked on Snamprogetti Designed UREA plant during my cross training. Urea plant at Pakarab is generally divided into various sections like Compressor, Synthesis Section & high pressure recovery, Purification & Recovery Section, Concentration Section, Prilling Section, Waste Water Treatment Section & Old ammonia storage.
