As an Electrical Engineer I am responsible for Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance and Servicing of the packaging machines imported from LANTECH, USA and sold by this company in India.

• Installed & commissioned the following machines which are controlled by Micro Controller and PLC (Mitsubishi) in various sites like Brakes India Ltd, Tvs Motor Ltd, Rane Brake Lining – India, Nokia India limited, Motorola India limited and American power conversion India Pvt Ltd, Redington India Pvt Ltd, ITC Ltd, etc.

 Automatic Packaging Machine,Online Packing Machine.Remote control Packing Machine.Robotic Packing Machine.Shrink Wrapping Machine.High Speed shrinks Wrapping Machine.Stretch Wrapping Machine.Cling Wrapping Machine. Strapping Machine.Case Sealing Machine.L-Sealer Machine.Band Sealing Machine.

• Installed & Commissioned for Single man Operating Online automatic Packaging Machine. Control through on Computer.Testing of machines like control loop testing for sensors, limit switch, power circuit and operational testing of the machine.Testing of power & control cables which includes IR test & loop check.Testing of small Transformers for supplying auxiliary power to the machines.Testing of Induction motors, Servo motors, DC motors.Knowledge in PLC controlled machineries, Sensors, Servo drives, Transducers, Contactors, Relays and Microcontroller,Modifications in control circuits for the machineries as per customer requirement.
