Cover Visual, Radiographic, Dye Pent rant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Hardness Leak (Pressure, Vacuum, &Pneumatic) Test.
Approve WPS and support by PQR.
Welder Qualification (WQT).
Material Receiving Report (MRR) according to Material Certificate &Owner Specification.
Welding Examination (visual during welding).
Welding Examination (NDT after finish welding )
Spool dimension identification.
Checking Survey report.
Checking Alignment report.
Release for Hydrostatic & Pneumatic test.
Prepare test package.
Cleaning, Flushing &Drying for piping.
Review and approving all procedure documents such as isometric drawings ,shop drawings, and as built drawings.
Reviewing all the specification and standards for the project.
Study and solve the erection problems and site design modifications during the work.
Coordinate with other contractors.
