Have Seventeen years of Experience (Including more than 11 years Supervisory experience), working under various International projects BANGLADESH , SINGAPORE & U.A.E . Also Prepare WQT, WPS, WPQR, Quality plan, Inspection test plan Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System auditor/Lead auditor, codes and standards like AWS D1.1, ASME, API, BS, and other classifying body’s codes and standards.
Inspection and Testing:
Equipment installation, alignment, functional test, cmmissioning. Testing of HVAC System’s Fire dampers/manual dampers /Air control.
Material Tractability, Welders Qualification test, WPS , WQR , Fit up, Visual inspection of structural and piping welding joints and Heat Treatment. Dimensional Control, Line checking, clearing of punch lists. Pressure testing, Flushing, Air & hydro test, Auditing (Internal ). Knowledge in PC. Microsoft Word and Excel, ISO 9001 standards.
