I am an experienced and motivated Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor, Oil & Gas Business Analyst and Project Manager who is able to complete projects within budget and tight timescale. I have a general understanding of Oil & Gas industry, experienced in preparing early stage budget and detailed cost plans, experienced of producing cost report, managing cost on a wide variety of new projects, producing budget forecast base on approve program of works, monitoring and reporting on actual spend against budget, natural problem solving abilities as well as excellent team work. I understand the factors that influence the success or failure of a project, ability to identify and assess major & minor risks factors that can affect the achievement of completion of projects, understand the highly competitive nature, science of procurement and the estimating process of the construction and oil industry.
