Training: a) Attended Training and “PTW” (Permit to work) Certificate obtained
from ADCO Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations.

b) Attended Training and ‘PICW’s, Certificate obtained from GASCO and TAKREER Ruwais.

• Involved in engineering activities covering of site survey, as-built documents and drawings. Verification of documents and drawings and also developing field sketches for field instrument supports, new field wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, cable routings, plot plans and instrument location drawings.

• Responsible for the installation of field instruments, cable laying, glanding, termination and testing of cables. Resolve field engineering issues with client.

• Responsible for the survey of the plant control system panels covering local field panels to main control room, unit rotating equipment control system panels.

• Preparation of detailed control panel site survey report and establishing recommendations, for the replacement, upgrade or modification to the existing control systems for integration into the new ICS.

• Worked with pre-commissioning/Commissioning team where work involved logic/programming modifications, trouble shooting of the New Control System. Loop checking and handover to end client.

• Doing the job as per plot plans, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, JB Schedule and instrument layouts etc.

• Job involves calibration, loop checking and commissioning of all process control instruments of Bailey INFI 90 DCS System. Also involved in the live changeover from the existing control system to the new system on a loop by loop basis. Updating as built drawings and preparing handover dossier to as final acceptance for the project.
