TENDER PROPOSAL
•Application Engineering; sizing and selection
•Prepare a bid preparation schedule for submission of bids; identify people responsible for various activities within predetermined timelines and a common understanding of the work scope.
•Hold periodic progress review meetings in conjunction with the proposal preparation with related parties and take note on the technical & commercial clarifications and deviations.
•Obtain bid tabulations and cost estimates for various equipments i.e. key equipment and sub equipment and review the same to arrive at optimum costing.
•Consider engineering, key equipments & sub equipment cost, technical documentation, transportation, special testing, travel, inspection costs, vendor after sales onshore & offshore support and other third party service costs
•Ensure completion of planned activities on time, arrive at solutions for any unresolved issues and ensure smooth flow tender preparation.
•Attend face to face meeting with client to discuss further understand client requirement against submitted tender.

PROCUREMENT & EXPEDITING
•Review & acknowledge purchase order from client against our offer & highlight any discrepancies & clear all the outstanding issues if any.
•Raise purchase requisition & prepare purchase order to Purchase & Logistic department for the key equipment from principal.
•Effectively handling the negotiation of prices and terms with the suppliers to bring in savings for the company.
•Expedite & follow-up with principal/suppliers and coordinate with related agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with the contractual specifications and execution schedules.
•Appraisal to the customer on the progress/inspection status of order; Dispatch activities co-ordination.
•Coordination with logistic & accounts department to ensure the equipment purchased has reached the end destination in planned & timely manner.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
•Prepare technical & nontechnical reports & provide a wide variety of document control support services to all parties within the project.
•Responsible for generation (CAD drawings, inspection & test plan, calculation etc) & assist in processing any other document capturing into the system such as test procedures, diagrams, meeting minutes, test reports

Qualification : B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering
Institute/University : Science University of Malaysia (USM), Malaysia

Training attended :
•Safety Systems UK Birkett Pressure Relief Valves Technical product training in year 2005 & 2009 at Safety Systems UK Ltd, Singapore.
•GE sensing 2 days Technical training on moisture analyzer, flue gas analyzer & ultrasonic flow meter in year 2006.
•Cameron 1 day sizing & selection of NuFlo differential pressure cone meter in year 2007.
•Flowserves 4 days control valve sizing & calculation at Flowserve Singapore in year 2008
•Flowserves 3 days Valvesight Digital Training (mainly on Foundation Fieldbus & Hart communication protocol) in year 2008.
•Martin Spires 2 days customized Value Selling Skills Program in 2009.
•Various in-house training on product, Logistic terms (Ex-work, DDP, DDU, FOB, CIF etc), buying & selling terms, letter of credit & project management from year 2005 till 2010.
