Over 6+ years of experience as a Mechanical QC Inspector in construction of Refinery and Petrochemical Projects. I have good exposure in Pipeline inspection, Material inspection for structural steel, furnace equipment like radiant panel, radiant cross over section, primary TLE, equipments for static, rotary and pipe fittings. Also familiar with preparation of Quality Assurance plan, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and various types of QCP.

• Preparation of QC documents.
• Visual inspection of equipment in internal trays and cleaning of vessels.
• NDE clearance.
• Co-coordinating with clients.
• Positive Material Identification(PMI)
• Preparing line punch list and mechanical clearance.
• Reviewing calibration certificate and witnessing the calibration test
• Hydrostatic test witnessing and reviewing reinstatements
• Hydrostatic test package reviewing
• Alignment done for the Mechanical in static Equipment like Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Boiler Stacks, Skids

• Alignment done for the Mechanical in Air Fin coolers.
• Recording of inspection details as per standard format for API items in initial inspection records for evaluation to repair and to prepare recommended rework report.
• Visual, dimensional, machining, fit-up, and welding and hardness test inspection as per engineering.
