Drilling material coordinator

• Handling between all the service companies as per the rigs look ahead to receive the material to avoid any Non Productive time/delays.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handling between all the service companies as per the rigs look ahead to receive the material to avoid any Non Productive time/delays.
• Handling with the vessels loading and offloading (load list, deck plan as per dangerous goods regulation and vessel balance).
• Supervise delivery, storing and classifying of the materials in the drilling warehouse.

• Ensure classifying the materials as per sound methods implemented in the company.
• Prepare lists of materials and equipment requirements for other activities in the location.
• Monitor materials and equipment stock and to take on hand relevant procedures to make available sufficient stock.
• Supervise the preparation of materials documents in compliance with the computer system setup programs.
• Conduct risk assessments on all operations conducted at the base.
• Ensure that regular inspections of all work sites are conducted and deficiencies are reported to the BP Base Manager.
• Assist in conducting housekeeping and safety audit inspections of the base and contractors sites.
• Ensure that the Permit to Work System is rigidly applied.
• Monitor and correct unsafe work practices involving all personnel at the base.
• Be aware with Company safety manuals, in particular, all aspects relating to HSE matters.
• Receipt Material Issue Request (MIR) from the rig and send to services companies.
• Follow up (MIR) with service companies And confirm the receipt of the required day as per 5 day look ahead.
• Prepare daily operations reports for base shown Motor Vessel Movement, Fuel balance in base, back load Area’ rig Staging Area Etc.
• Prepare BP monthly Environmental reports (Energy Consumption Monitoring & Waste transfer Note & Wastewater Monitoring & Freshwater and fuel consumed).
