• Knowledge of AUTOCAD 2009 for drawing instrumentation drawings like hook ups and editing of cable routing, P&ID’s and instrument layout drawings.
• Good knowledge of fieldbus, profibus, modbus and hart protocol technologies
• Usage of smart plant review to work with plant 3D model.
• Familiar with the use of INTOOLS for design packages.

Work Experience
1) Company : Rotary Electrical Company, Singapore as field engineer from 27/08/2009 involved in the erection and commissioning of NESTE OIL(main contractor and design TECHNIP,ITALY) Singapore NEXBTL renewable diesel refinery in Tuas, Singapore for the following activities:

1. Automation Experience :
• Experience with complete operation ,testing and troubleshooting of METSO DNA DCS
• Pre loop testing and loop testing from DCS side and field side
• Trouble shooting on system panels and on field instrument side
• Loop checking and function testing for vendor installed skids
• Loop checking and function testing for vendor installed PLCs and checking its communication with the main DCS
• Checking of interlocks with ESD systems.

2. Perusal of contract documents and planning of project activities with the planning team
3. Man power estimation and man hour estimation for project as per monthly target modules.
4. Review of IFC documents and drawings(instrumentation) submitted by the design contractor (TECHNIP,ITALY) for any discrepancies.

Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology
