Work experience:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Degree with a minimum of 20 years in national and international pipeline engineering
construction experience. Ability to monitor design changes and deviations at
location in timely manner. Ability to communicate directly with construction
management, contractor and client. Ability to manage subcontract labor will
be required to maintain pipeline construction conformity. Scheduling of work
scopes and manpower including those of subcontractors. Monitoring of all
pipelines construction activities to ensure work efficiency and that quality and
workmanship meet project standards and specification and adherence to strict
safety procedures and work practices and also good knowledge of application
Of international code and standard, such as ASME B.31.1, ASME B.31.3 , ASME B.31.4
ASME B.31.8 , ASTM, API, ANSI, SABIC AND BRITISH STANDARD

Knowledge in TAM Shut Down for removal and reinstallation of control Valve, manual valve, pressure safety valve, responsible for piping fabrication And erection base on the scopes of work schedule, witnessed all pressure test Line together with the client and owner representatives and prepare necessary Piping test reports, prepare calculation sheet on tie-in procedure & execution. Knowledge of GRP & FRP Pipe, fittings and joints shall be qualified for use in FRP piping systems covered by AWWA standard. Knowledge in Pre – Commissioning, I shall compile the handover document which shall include, commissioning report , test and inspection certificates, as-laid drawing, design calculations, suppliers literature., Preparation of suitable commissioning procedure should be considered, especially where the following involved, Interaction with customer processes, Safety Consideration.
