Professional Experience
I have experience in offshore drilling and production for a total of 30yrs. I have been a I&E Tech. for 24yrs and a compliance advisor 5yrs of the 30yrs. I learned my skill at ODECO Oil & Gas \ Murphy Oil. I was a contract instrument tech.\ production operator for Shell Oil for 10yrs. I worked as an I&E Tech. for 5 1\2 yrs on the Shell Auger TLP. There I worked with numerous types of 4 to 20ma (Rosemount, Taylor, Fisher, K-Tek, Westlock, Halliburton, Haskel, Bettis, WKM, BWB, General Monitor Gas Detector ,Sieger Flame Detectors, Spectrex Sharp Eye Triple IR Flame Detectors, Spectrex Open Path Gas Detectors, transmitters, level controllers, valves, pumps, and meters etc). I have used DCS computers for subsea and platform operations. I was also a member of the Regulatory Compliance Committee, Diversity Team, and Fire Team on Shell Auger TLP. I have experience in pneumatic devices also pressure sensors, level sensors, valves, and pumps etc... I have experience working with Oceaneering HPU’S, Ruleco, BWB, T.E.S.T. etc. pneumatic and low voltage panels. I have also worked with hypochlorite,nitrogen generator,and heaters for circulating hot oil. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, installation, and testing of the equipment listed above. I would also be helpful in the production operations of the facility. I was an operator for Shell on the shelf and deep water.
