As an Engineering Postgraduate, I am now looking to embark on a successful Site/Management Engineering career within a progressive and forward thinking organization.

• Monitoring project budgets and schedules and oversees contractor’s performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
• Attending regular progress meetings with clients and held co-ordination meetings with contractors to discuss vital issues and problems related to the project in order to study analyze and recommend effective solutions.
• Coordinating with the design team on all aspects of the design.
• Ensuring that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with the authorities' regulations.
• Preparing periodic reports for clients and management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities, and safety records.
• Price & Resources Evaluation for all Civil Quotations
• Preparation of Civil Quotations for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Supervision Labor, materials and execution of work accordingly with Oman Standards.
• Responsible for all tendering, and design of projects
• Conducted market survey for each and every project.
• Responsible for structural design and detailed drawing on AutoCAD.
Successfully handled management of materials entailing estimated material and ensuring quantity and quality
• Usage of Computer Software’s AUTOCAD, Excel and Internet.
