Permit To Work Coordinator / Supervisor (PMC)

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Responsible in the implementation of PMC permit system in compliance to Project approved procedures.

Reviews all PTW applications, enforce and ensure applied permits properly described the scope of work and are accompanied by relevant supporting documents such as specific work method statement, suitable and sufficient risks assessments, JSA, marked up plot plans, drawings and P& IDs and concurring party clearances if applicable.

Participate in Permit / Safety Audits, accidents / incidents investigation, violation meetings including review of contractor’s record-keeping practices / procedures. Conduct site inspections, particularly high risk sites that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements.

Project focal point to RLIC for Consolidated Permit to Works
(CPW) permits, communicates with RLC permits requirements
and coordinates the various steps in accordance with the range
of procedures in place for permit issuance.

Leads project Implementing Contractors (IC) Road Works Interface weekly meeting. Coaching of contractors requesting permits for compliance with PTW procedure requirements.

PTW Coordinator (Construction & Commissioning)
PTW Controller (SIMOPS)

Part of PTW team on Dolphin’s new gas treatment plant in
Qatar. Reporting directly to Dolphin SIMOPS PTW Manager for
the daily permit processing activities. Responsible for
assessment, and evaluation of newly applied permits and its
supplementary i.e. isolation certificates (LOTO) SWMS, plot
plan and drawings, P&ID and other supplementary as required
for the job. Maintain the up to date database permit register and
closed permits archives. Performs other similar or related duties
as assigned by the Company SIMOPS Manager.
