New Supplier Introduction
PPAP Follow-up
Discuss with supplier in engineering level and certain quality level to make supplier better understand Q-Tech requirement. Follow-up the procedure of PPAP with Q-Tech.
Supplier Management
Timely solve the exceptional delivery issues in daily operation.
Develop supplier management skill to set up and keep the strategic partnership with key supplier to support company development.
Negotiation
By using advanced negotiation skill to get optimal price according to sales price budget, at the same time gets better delivery and quality, guarantee the max profit
Global Sourcing Project
With global sourcing project, by using the supplier selection and management skill to select the suitable supplier for plant and head quarter, audit and follow supplier quality. Do the investigation of all productions ,such as forgings ,castings ,flanges, fittings, gas metering ,and commercial components according to head quarterˇ¦s instruction
„P Give suggestion to technical dept. according to the Chinese market situation
„P Make the valve cost evaluation according to current price level and customerˇ¦s Spec. and fix the sales price to sales dept.
„P To check the purchasing price is under control or not ,if not ,analyse the reason, and issue one analysis report with improvement and avoid the some mistake in the future
„P Issue monthly report about the monthly order issued ,and the value cost down ,and forecast of raw material price
„P Issue monthly report about the supplierˇ¦s capacity and performance to understand is the sourcing can meet the demand of companyˇ¦s request, if not ,we shall develop the sourcing in advance
