Seeking for a senior level position especially in the Project Management / Construction Management / Commissioning / Procurement / Overall Project Coordination including Engineering / Tendering & Bidding (Mechanical/Civil/Structural Steel/ E&I.

I have performed under the direction of Managing Director / Director and General Manager. Independently I have performed as a Site Manager and the entire project completed successfully within the budget and schedule. In the project management, I have performed the entire role from initiation stage to closing stage, and having vast knowledge in different department such as tendering, bid negotiation, quantity survey, and preparation of VO, selection of supplier and vendors / sub contractors, procurement, Construction management and project management. Closely monitoring and coordinate with client, engineering consultancy, sub-contractors, engineering, and procurement, internal discipline and frequently conduct meeting to meet the target and project objective.
In addition, preparation of planning, organizing, leading, monitoring and controlling of project and preparation of situational analysis, knowledge gap analysis in the weakness areas and preparation of recommendation, implementation plan to fulfill the weakness areas for the project, maintenance and shutdown jobs. In addition, I can able to handle and coordinate with all other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical & instrumentation and civil for the turnkey projects. Moreover, I am very familiar and having sound knowledge in all the area of the project management and construction management in mechanical construction industrial.

I have worked and personally executed in different type of job such as piping, structural steel, equipment erection, alignment, oil and chemical storage tanks, chimney, ducting, fire water systems, chiller package, water injection module, chemical injection module, FPSO project, insulation, painting, civil and electrical jobs. In addition, executed and monitored blasting, painting and insulation work. As well, I have prepared and implemented safety plan, method of statement, safe work procedure, Risk Assessments to ensure the safety measures for site activities. I am a multi skill person and personally handled and having sound knowledge and having excellent experience in different kind of discipline in the project and construction work.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Master of Business Administration (Southern Cross University, Australia)
• Master of Engineering (Engineering and Technology Management, Course going to complete by August 2010, University of South Australia)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (India)
• Graduate in Oil & Gas Pipelines Project Management (Course Going to complete by December 2010 , NICMAR)
