I am a Senior Level Piping Stress Engineer with 24 years of EPC / FEED / Detailed Design experience in Oil and Gas Industry and currently looking for a change in job for better prospects and growth.

Career Highlights
•Hydro Cracker Plant, India
This was the first Hydro Cracker Plant built in India. The role included overall stress engineering works, preparation of specifications, liaising with client, site visits for field engineering, assistance during commissioning.
•LLDPE Plant , Egypt
Deputed to ENPPI, Cairo, Egypt while working for Samsung Engineering to review their stress analysis and supporting works. In addition made visits to construction site in Egypt as part of field engineering.
•SECCO-BP PE/PP Project – China
Supervised and trained engineers from Chinese Design Institutes deputed to our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
•Dung Quat Refinery Project, Vietnam (2.1 Billion USD,6.5 MMTPA Grass Root Refinery)
This mega project was done by a Joint Venture team formed between Our Company, JGC and Technicas Reunidas. I acted in the capacity of overall Lead Stress Engineer working for the JV Directorate that coordinated and supervised the activities of JV partner companies. The job involved issuing specifications, coordination between JV operating centers in Paris, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid and Yokohama, liaising with client, issuing reports, job monitoring and progress reporting. During construction phase made site visits as part of field engineering.

Experience as External Design Reviewer
•External Design Reviews - Participated as a member of the piping team for conducting external design reviews of the piping design performed by other EPC Contractors / Third Parties.
•Review of Package Units – Extensive experience in reviewing mid to large scale package units designed by Third Parties / Vendors.
Review activities included attending meetings, reviewing stress and pipe supporting specifications and documents, providing solutions for cost effective piping design, participating as piping team member to review piping design ergonomics, maintenance and safety issues etc.

SUPERVISORY
•Team supervision and co-ordination.

TECHNICAL

•Assistance to finalization of equipment layout.
•Analysis and supporting of large bore (up to 72” Dia.) piping.
•Conduct of formal computer analysis for critical equipment piping viz. turbines, pumps, compressors, air fin coolers, heaters, reactors, turbo-expanders, plate fin exchangers, slug catchers, printed circuit heat exchangers, cold box etc. as per the applicable codes.
•Analysis and supporting of cryogenic piping.
•Vessel local stress check ( WRC-107 ), Nozzle flexibility check ( WRC-297 ).
•Review of AIV / Analog study reports and application of recommendations into analysis.
•Fatigue analysis as per ASME Sec.VIII Div. 2.
•Dynamic analysis of piping subjected to surge, slug load analysis, modal analysis and safety valve reaction calculations etc.
•Analysis of flow lines, riser piping, pig launcher / receiver piping, compression modules, sea transportation analysis etc. for offshore platforms.
•Preparation of Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Drawing Review and Approval.
