 Ensure that processes and products produced by one of the largest Caribbean baked products manufacturing companies are of the desired quality.
 Manage the QA laboratory facility and its inventory.
 Actively involved in certification process for Jamaica Bureau of Standards and ISO 9001.
 Develop new QA procedures and train technicians to carry out new tasks.
 Documentation of the processes in the various plants.
 Actively involved in research and development special projects aimed at new product development.
