QA/QC Instrument Inspector

activities.NCR SYSTEM ,CABLEINSTALLATION SYSTEM,LOOP CHACKING,WITH HE HELP OF DIFFT.DROWINGS ,INSTALLATIONS OF INST.WITH LAYOUT,P & ID ,ILD,AND CALBE TERMINATIONS WITH CONDUITS AND WIRING DIAGRAMS.

• Inspection and test surveillance for the material utilized in instrumentation for construction activities for the following system. Including Hazardous (classified) location as per NEC with owner- Mechanical power distribution, lighting and small power, grounding cable trays, instrument and system cables, impulse and signal tubing, Materials.

• Site inspection of RTU; instrument Cables, lying, Marshalling, ESD, ETA, FTA cabinets & FACP panels, Instruments and Fire & Gas detector’s system.

• Preparation & implementation of Method statement / work procedures. ITPs site-inspection, Witness, hold points & Surveillance.

• Attending of Exception items, Punch List E-logs in order to achieve system completion & Turnover
• Co-Ordination among various agencies in multi-disciplinary project execution


Conducting Surveillance for Construction Activities and Site Inspection for the following instrumentation Activities:
• Experience in Cable Tray and Conduit Work,
• Installation of Grounding
• Experience in Installation and Commissioning of Instruments and Associated Devices
• Checking of Loop Power Supply and Correct Identification of Loop Power Switches, Circuit Breaker,
• Inspection of Duct Bank, Cable Laying and Termination
• Inspection of Junction Box and Local control panel.
• Inspection of RGS & PVC coated conduit for instrumentation system
• Witnessing Ground resistance test for instrument ground bus bar system.
• Witnessing of project instruments calibration.
• Inspection of impulse and signal tubing.
