35 years working experience of overseas projects with construction, erection, installation, pre commissioning and commissioning activities from design stage to Client hand-over. Multiple job experience includes : pipelines and/or associated plant equipment, pipeline pigging, steam/air blowing+water flushing, re-instatement+alignment, leak testing, co-ordinating main and ancillary unit start ups and shutdowns, maintenance overhauls and outages, witnessing reliability tests. PMC, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) & Project management experience as Senior Team Leader, Field Supervisor, Site Commissioning Manager, Op's Manager and Project Manager, Coordinating commissioning team and turnkey vendor representatives for on-field activities. Review of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) & SIMOPS Site Safety under Health Safety Security Environment requirements. Project scheduling, technical reporting; compiling manpower organograms; interviewing/hiring/de-mobalising. Daily QA & QC, F.E.E.D (Front End Engineering Design) Coordination, Reviewing of budget & procurement control; review O&M Manuals. Mechanical Completion, Walk-downs, Construction Punch list categorisation for commissioning dept, documentation input into WinPCS, ProCoSys & ‘In-Tools’ Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Commissioning Procedures, P&ID/Red Line/Boundary review, Non-Conformance Reporting.
