Professional Experience
with epc and honour dept. for turnover the plant as per design .
Preparing Flushing plans for the smooth and fast pre-commissioning of the Unit.
Inspection of equipment with Inspection personnel.
Involved in Tank Farm Coordinate with EPC during construction for preparing punch list, maintain the equipment preserve.
Walk down commissioning and operation- for MEG, DEG, TEG, Carbonate, Caustic Sulfuric acid tanks and EDC vessel and also involved in inspection/commissioning of underground sumps like waste water, crude glycol and carbonate systems.
Involved in Leak testing of various gas handling lines and vacuum systems.
Involved in chemical cleaning of Oxygen line, Reactor tubes and Gas –Gas exchanger tubes.
Preparation of Punch list and follow-up.
Trial run of all pumps, compressors, Multi Stage Steam Turbine, instrumentation alarm/trip system and Logic checking.
Eductation
