Supervisor and coordinates the activity of the well interventions and capital Repairs Division Supervised at special well operations: concreting, sand stoppers, cleaning the well’s foot with the spoon, traffic advance, piercing, cracks, milling, spear casing, press, pulling yokes,change ESP,TB,P, PCPump, acid and other well treatments, stimulation including fracturing, sand control, perforation and re-perforation, mechanical repair, valve installations and replacement, wireline and logging operations, etc.; Troubleshooting well intervention problems, whether due to design, installation, mechanical failure, well integrity, flow assurance, corrosion/erosion, well performance, or mal-operation.
Receives the plan from the E& P divisions and sends it to the capital repair and intervention teams;
Tracks the execution of the plan, issues the activity report and sends the report
Demonstrate safety leadership. Advise on safe working practice, conduct and take part in safety reviews.
Provides technical advice and recommendation regarding drilling, production / operation, maintenance, abandonment and project teams when required.
Control material movements and record related to well intervention.
Monitor reporting of cost performances related to well intervention against operation budget.
Prepare the final well report related to well intervention at the end of the well intervention . (change pump ESP-PSP-TB-P,cleaning well,cementing,milling well,acidize,fishing,start production,swabbling, down hole well intervention operations etc).
