Professional Experience
Review and familiarize with the scope of works, materials and extent of supply and specification.
Prepare accurate fabrication piping drawings and assembly drawings through Spoolgen Version 5 and Computer-Aided-Drafting-Design.
Prepares Pipe Spooling and Weld Mapping for Piping Fabrication and Erection. Also prepares Isometric Drawings and test packages for Aboveground and Underground Piping as per P&ID and Piping Plan Drawing.
Prepares Technical Queries to client for revision of the design drawing or other purposes may be required.
Prepare as-built drawing and incorporation of revisions in connection with actual field condition of pipeline.
Uploads material reports generated by Spoolgen in E-mat system and is in charge in changing some material codes to be uploaded in E-mat system as per Purchase Order.
Computes and makes a report on the dia –inch generated, accumulated, and remaining based on the Spoolgen generated data, Welding Joint Control(WJCS) program, and Fabrication status.
