Job Description:

• Ordering of all the raw materials
• Getting the best prices and good quality.
• Preparing the purchase orders (local and international)
• Always watching the movement of stock of raw materials and putting a dead line for ordering each kind.
• Dealing and coordinating with the Suppliers of raw materials about the delivery dates, prices, kind of payments, and annual orders.
• Handle all Shipment document ( invoice – Packing list – all Regulation certification ).


• Dealing with the shipping companies and prepare all the papers needed for shipments ( Import – Export ) .
• Searching on the internet for all inquires (Importers – Exporters – Machines – requirements –materials for our products ………..) .
• Dealing with the Clients & Sales Department from the point of receiving the purchase orders to the point of delivering the orders (Planning).
• Prepares statistical tabulations, computations, charts, and graphs to illustrate planning studies. (Planning).
