Currently working in Al Othman Agri. Prod. & Proc. Co. (NADA Dairy) from July 2009. Working as Recruitment Specialist. Nada is one of the leading fully integrated Food & Dairy production, processing and distribution companies in Saudi Arabia. Company owns its herd and producing fresh and UHT products like fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, leban, UHT milk, tomato paste, fresh cream, fresh juices and UHT juices.

• Discuss with various Department Heads on a regular basis for the open requisitions to ensure the targets are met in specified deadline.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to include sourcing, interviewing, advertising and to liaise with recruitment agencies overseas.
• Visiting countries and managing bulk overseas recruitment.
• Negotiating the salary with the selected candidates as per the company salary structure & extend the offers to successful Candidates.
• Follow up with the candidates/ agencies to ensure that candidates start on the specified start date and advising for the right actions towards the candidate's visa and other required documents.
• Issuing tickets and arranging airport pick up and accommodation for new arrivals.
• Keeping update on used unused visas for all the countries.
• Coordinating with Administration for visa matters.
• Identifying new agencies and negotiating on terms and conditions.
• Preparing activity and status reports and present it to the Sr. Management.
• Networking with the candidates and generating references.
• Provide training in CV sourcing to peers and provide guidance where required.
• Manage the internal Employee Referral programs and Database
• Monitor progress and implement improvements to increase effectiveness.
• Conducting Exit Interviews, Performance Appraisal and Career development activities.
