Weatherford Yemen UBD (Under Balanced Drilling) (Dec 2007-Aug 2009) Work as an Operator and Separator Supervisor

Worked in UBD (Under Balanced Drilling) package in the Kharir Field ¡V Block 10 Total, Republic of Yemen. Worked as an Operator;

„X Monitor level of tanks, Operate pre charge and export pumps, Clean oil storage tanks and pumps strainers every trip, Import Crude from Vacuum truck to storage tanks and make BS&W, Take daily reading.

„X Redress the check valve of float sub like Dart and Flapper then pressure tests them.

„X changing and maintaining Rotating Control Devices, Redress the rubber of RCH Barring like Poly rubber for drilling and Natural rubber for running in hole.

As Separator Supervisor assist on rigging out and rigging in the package, loading
and unloading the package from the truck then rigging up full packages; Ensure operating of equipment is carried out correctly accordance with the company operating procedures and lay out diagram. Pressure leak test all the line like primary, Secondary, N2, Pre charge, Export line, First stage separator and Second stage separator, Maintenance all the control valves, Redress the choke manifold like the been choke and steam; Manages return flow from the well in a safe manner in this operation like kick the well and kill the well; Supervises personnel On the separator/control skid and manages the interface between UBD surface Separation and rig.
Weatherford TPU in the Kharir Field ¡V Block 10, Republic of Yemen (Aug-2009 to Till) As Shift Supervisor and Panel Supervisor

Working on Temporary Production Unite designed for 15000 bopd, 5000 bwpd and 5 mmscfd. Working as night shift supervisor and panel supervisor; all works done from inside the control room like;

„X Increase separator pressure or decrease and control the separator level.

„X Stop and start export pump, control full plant.

And guide the operators to do reading, BSW, API, SG, Salinity, PH and some maintenance job like switching generator, cleaning pump strainers, cleaning turbine meter. Make production calculation and prepare midnight report, according to the process procedures.
