• Mechanical Engineer with experience in Piping Fabrication & Installation Projects. • Familiar with Various ASME,ANSI,ASTM & API Codes. • Familiar with various design software’s and planning software’s. • Excellent Communication Skills.

• Review of P&ID, GA drawings & Isometric drawings related to the project.
• Loop marking in P&ID for the pressure testing of piping system.
• Material quantity takes off from the drawings.
• Material identification with respect to the test certificates.
• Coordination with Engineering Department and the Supervisors to resolve any discrepancy in the drawings.
• Fabrication Supervision with the Production Supervisor to meet the Schedule.
• Controlling of job material.
• Assembly Inspection and Verifications as per the drawings.
• To monitor the progress as per the Schedule of the Job and report the Area of Concern to the Project Managers.
• Prepare weekly production reports.
• To give on the spot solution to minor problems encountered.
• To support the quality assurance & quality control in their activities & carry out stage inspection of Job whenever required..
• Stage Wise working of Piping Fabrication and Erection System:-Like Material Identification, Spool fit-Up, Welding, Weld Visual ,NDT Clearance, Sand Blasting &Painting, Spool Erection &Welding, Dimension &Level Check, Mechanical Clearance, Hydro Test, Final Painting, Instrumentation& Box-UP.
• Interpretation of Radiography films.
• Hydro testing procedure preparation and Execution.
• Follow the Company safety guidelines throughout the Project execution period
