• Supervise project progress to ensure implementation of company standards as well as ensuring adherence to our clients’ safety standards while working at their site.
• Prepare project plans and obtain approval of the company director.
• Co-ordinate with accountants and director to:-
a) Plan project capacities according to the company projections.
b) Monitor project progress to review project schedule accordingly.
c) Apply effective modification on project plan/schedule for timely completion.
• Establish quality control standards and ensure strict adherence to them.
• Inspect incoming materials and conduct materials evaluation to determine acceptability to purchase them as per the company standards.
• To establish safe working procedures in the area of responsibilities to keep the number of accidents to the minimum or zero.

• Prepare demurrage and product price-buildup calculations for Supply and Distribution Department.
• Participated in handling customer related issues within the Supply and Distribution Department.
• Ensure compliance with various checklists during:-
a) Product loading.
b) Co-ordination of depot security.
c) Working with contractors at various sites within the depot.
• Participated in preparing, reviewing and evaluating elements of job analysis within the Accounting Department to facilitate in formulation clear job descriptions.
