o Responsible for the Monthly Accomplishment Report Structural, Architectural as well as the daily and weekly progress report for Structural, Architectural & Logistic and Combined Manpower Report.
o Work in coordination with the Architects & Engineers to oversee a project through all the phases/stages of the construction.
o Received, Encode and Distribute data’s incoming and outgoing as per ISO.
o Prepare Internal and External correspondence, Incident Reports & Work Inspection Request and Handing over of units.
o Monitoring, controlling and ensuring that approved civil structural, JAFZA & architectural works are followed.
o Make jobs site visit as required to investigate abreast of field condition and changing field operations.
o Attends & Prepare Internal and External Coordination Meeting with regard to status of the project, site activities, proposals and solution, and delivery schedules.
o Maintain and update progress payments for Subcontractors and approved materials and samples.
o Interact with engineers, architects and managers and sometimes with the suppliers and sub-contractors.
o Process and issue documents, requisitions such as concrete supply, Inspection Requests and materials required to be in line with contractual requirements and timeless.
o Inspect the total quantity of delivered materials in site.
