Taking in to consideration my past 10 years experience it is my ambition to become the Mechanical Engineer. My objective is to learned and involve in to new challenges of technology.

Technician Apprentice(Mechanical)

In India HMT Ltd a major machine tools manufacturer. They are manufacturing sophisticated machines ie, CNC Lathe, CNC machining Center, Printing machines, Watches, Tractors etc…

In plant training sections:
1. Material Testing Lab: checking the hardness, structure and carbon contents of steel materials.

2. CNC Inspection: Final testing of CNC turning machines, checking processing is repeatability, accuracy, machine condition, etc. as per the final inspection test chart.

3. Tool Room Manufacturing: Manufacturing of Gauges, Jigs & fixtures

4. CNC High Technology Center: Manufacturing of machine tools components by vertical and horizontal machining centers. Critical dimensions are checked by CMM.
Also trained programming in CNC turning & machining centers and CMM.

Managing CNC Department, Machine shop, Designing and Pattern Shop by effective Production planning, inspection and verification, Reporting monthly production and customer share in each department

Process simplification by selection of proper tools for machining.
