Successfully planned, commissioned and handed over the Utilies and offsite plant which included Boilers with capacity of 150 th/hr , 510C –Machhi make and boiler anicllaries systems ,Boiler feed water pumps ( 864 m3hr / 150 bar ) Seawater and Cooling water System which includes word largest Plate type Exchangers,Cooling tower- SPX technology,Ebara pumps for the sea water and cooling water pumps,Hyrocarbon services commissioning for tanks, pumps and its related system.

• Regularly conduct diagnostic checks and rectify mechanical problems and report to Maintenance Engineer.
• Daily activities planning and report preparation for the maintenance jobs of palnts and report to Engineer..
• Plan schedule and coordinate the preventive & corrective maintenance jobs from technical and resource point of views.
• Ensure adherence of YANSAB/ SABIC safety standards, procedures and work instructions during the execution of the various job related to plant maintenance & inspection.
• Ensure the adherence of relevant procedures and work instruction during the execution of the jobs.
• Maintain and monitor equipment history in SAP.
• Ensure the quality of jobs in all time.
• On job training and development of subordinates.
• Interface and co ordinate with other sections in sorting out equipments problems and maintenance activities.
• Comply with SAP Preventive maintenance/ Corrective Maintenance Key Performance Indicators.
• Conduct Toolbox meetings with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.
• Supervise, coordinate and participate in the preventive , corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities of the plant equipment at the assigned locations.
