mechanical /piping engineer

Position of a Piping engineer where I can utilize my professional skills to grow professionally and help the organization meet its requirements.

I am Sunil Narayanan P P, I am piping engineer. i have nearly three years of working experience as QA/QC(piping) engineer in AHMED MANSOOR AL-A'ALI CO.BSC(C) STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL DIVISION in Bahrain for Water Transmission Project (Ministry of Electricity & Water). My project is an EPC project which includes construction of three new pumping stations (90MGD, 16MGD and 5 MGD capacity) and modification of 13 existing station.with in my Three year's of Experience i was the dealing for the testing commissioning of pumps, pipe lines,surge vessels,surge towers, I have through knowledge in P&ID &line numbering system.pipe dia., thickness & support calculation,plot plan equipment layout ,isometric drawings,MTO,coating ,& i am familiar with ASME B31.3,31.1, and other relative codes.i also under gone piping design and engineering course.
my duties are given below:

„X Monitoring over all activities, coordinating between different engineering groups.
„X Supervision of piping fabrication of spools ,supports ,etc and erection of equipments & piping .
„X Monitoring the material flow.
„X Interpretation and preparation of various Construction Drawings.
„X Conducting Coordinate meeting with designer, consultant.
„X Correcting drawings, comparing with P&ID, site condition & tender documents.
„X Issuing approved drawing to the concerned site in charge/supervisor and ensures the work is done as per specification.
„X Allotment of work and man power& equipment as per site charge/supervisor request.
„X Preparing the job order according to the requirement specification.
„X Maintain QA/QC records.
„X Monitoring sub contractor activities-cathodic protection (anode fixing), HVAC, Fire protection system and assure the quality of work done by contractor.
„X Preparation and submission of As-Built drawings project dossier at the completion of the project.
„X Approving sub-contractors bills.
„X Conducting walk down inspection & final handover inspection for turn over certificates.

- I have basic knowledge in pipe thickness calculation, pipe line sizing ,support calculation , and basic design codes(ASME B 31.1,31.3)etc
- In- depth knowledge in application of software like MS Office,Auto-Cad & basic knowledge in PDMS, primaveera,ceaserII,etc
