I would like to find another postion in downstream petroleum sales where I can add value to an organisation

In my current portfolio I manage a commercial team consisting of sales, technical, operational and head office support teams who operate across Ghana in West Africa. We also run 7 operational projects on mining sites.

My portfolio covers the responsibility for sales and operations that generate $250 million p.a. with a direct operating budget of $5.5 million p.a.

In my current role I am solely responsible for all contract negotiations, business management, current sales, customer relationship management (CRM), credit management, Health Safety Security and Environment as well the service delivery of operations and projects within my portfolio.

Over the last 12 years I have also been a leading member in Shell’s Pan-African Mining Strategy team. In this team we monitor mining developments across Africa and develop the appropriate action plan to maximise our effectiveness in our chosen sectors. I have developed a number of Customer Value Propositions (CVP’s) and participated in the implementation of them, which has seen us achieve consistent growth.
