· Responsible for the installation, operation, commissioning & troubleshooting of Electrical Submersible Pumps for oil and Water Wells operated by either medium voltage control panels, soft starters or variable speed drives.
· Installation & commissioning of the Phoenix down hole monitoring sensors and assisting in by pass systems (Y-Tool).
· Involved with the field training of the newly hired engineers & technicians in their pre school period.
· Assisting the application engineers and the Field Manager in the field breaks and was able to cover their absence due to their travelling in business trips and/or training courses.
· Held on site training sessions for field operators in both onshore and offshore locations.
· part of my job I worked as Service Quality Engineer, Assessment for the new comers, Trainer for Clients and new employees and as a Safety Engineer.
· make Job Safety Analysis for 4 clients in Egypt.
· responsible about my crew, tools and a very expensive operation could cause my company more than 300,000$ a day in case of failed.
