Plant inspector
•Perform all on-stream and of-stream (shutdown) inspection activities in the gas plant for stationary equipment (vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers), piping systems, pressure relieving devices, structure, etc, by assessing deterioration mechanisms, corrosion monitoring and investigation of failures to establish inspection frequencies and /or corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Perform all internal inspection for the stationary equipment (vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers)
•Preparing inspection reports including findings and necessary repair recommendations.
•Follow-up the status of repairs implementation as recommended in the inspection reports.
•Carry out N.D.T (Visual Test, Dye Penetrate Test, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic Test and Interpretation Radiographic films) according to Specifications and standard codes ASME, AWS and API for Pipelines modifications in Gas plant.
•Preparing Pipeline modification and material selection & Receiving and monitoring Pipelines fabrication in Workshop.

QC Inspector
•Full fill all the NDT requests
•Verify the in-process inspection according to the approved ITP plan
•Prepare all Q.C documents related to the daily schedule
•Follow and assure that all technicians are fulfilling their tasks
•Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root gap, bevel Angle, surface mismatch).
•Checking welder facilities and tools needed for welding (quiver, grinding wheel and co lour code).
•Checking electrode type, size & record of batch number
•Checking sitting of welding machine parameters during welding operations as required by Inspection plan and calculates of heat input for each welding pass.
•Preliminary visual inspection of joints after welding.
•Dimensional check during assembly and after completion of assembly

NDT Inspector
•Performing (UT, PT & MT) for steel welds & interpret the (RT) images
