CV FOR CHEMICAL ENGINEER WITH 16 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS/OPERATIONS

Work experience- I have total 16 years of experience in Refinery, Petrochemical and Fertilizer fields out of which 8 years in refinery, 5 years in Petrochemical and 3 years in Fertilizer fields.
I am having overall exposure of refinery operations, start up ,shutdown and emergency handling.

Areas of experience-
CDU, Merox, Amine treating unit, Sour water stripper unit, SRU, Hydrogen generation and Hydrogen Compressors, DCS(Yokogova centum cs ,Tata honywell TDC-3000),Ammonium Nitrate and Nitric acid plants,GTG,STG,HRSG,HP Steam boilers and cooling water systems.

Summary of work-

July-2005 to till date-
Joined in ENOC Processing Company, Dubai in July-2005 and working as Shift Supervisor. responsible for operations of CDU,Merox,ATU,SWS,SRU,GTG,STG,HRSG,HP Steam boilers and Cooling water sytesm and DCS.

June-2002 to Jun-2005-
Worked in Shuaiba refinery of Kuwait National Petroleum as Field Operator in Hydrogen generation Unit and hydrogen compressor for some time and then reporting to section head for coordinating operational activities such as preparation of daily instructions, planning of maintenance jobs, collecting of data pending PSV testing, vessels inspection and testing, preparation of blind lists, updating of plant P&IDs.

Feb-1997 to May-2002-
Worked in Asian Peroxides limited as Senior Engineer(Production In charge) and Shift In charge in Hydrogen generation ,Hydrogen Peroxide production and Utilities plants. Responsible for plant safety, implement EHS procedures, maintaining ISO related documents and records, participating in ISO audits(Internal and External with BVQI).Preparing department Budgets, annual Shtdown plan identifying training needs and conducting training Programmes for graduate engineers, Shift supervisors and operators.

Nov-1993 to Jan-1997
Worked in VBC Industries, India as Junior Manager-Process in Ammonium nitrate and Nitric acid plants. Responsible for plant optimization and advise operations for parameters adjustment .coordinating with out side agencies for any modifications ,CW treatment etc.
