MECHANICAL ENGINEER

 Worked as area in charge of Urea and Ammonia plant supervising staff of 10~15 permanent employees.
 Responsible for safe and reliable maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, gear boxes, and other rotary equipment.
 Assisting operation engineer during plant startup phase, ensuring proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating running parameters and troubleshooting the problems as they arise.
 Particular experience of mechanical seals and state of the art Dry Gas Seals.
 Planning and execution of preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of machines.
 Developing bar chart of activities during shutdown and annual turnaround of plant and execution of jobs ensuring safety and job quality.

 Complete overhauling of barrel type high pressure centrifugal compressor (NuovoPignone Model: 2BCL-306).
 Major Inspection and 2nd stage bucket replacement of GE Frame 5 Gas Turbine.
 Overhauling of Liquid/Gas and Power Ends of reciprocating pumps and compressor.
 Complete overhauling and HP Inner casing replacement job of 14 MW Steam Turbine (NuovoPignone Model: EHNK 40/36) during Turnaround (Overhaul) of the plant - II.
 Overhauling of the 07 MW steam turbine (NuovoPignone make) during turnaround of the plant – I.
 Complete Overhauling of John Crane Dry Gas seals, model 28AT during Plant-II T/A in 2008.
 Overhauling of Conveyor belts at urea plant in year 2006 during Turnaround of Plant – III.
 Overhauling / mechanical seal leakage rectification of high pressure ammonia, urea and condensate pumps.
 Overhauling of Cooling tower Gear boxes and fans.
 Overhauling of Conveyor belts at urea plant in year 2006 during Turnaround of Plant – III.
