Position: Account/Project Manager
Project: Subsea, Folding Cranes with Telescopic Boom for Statoil Statfjord & Snorre Platforms
Activities: Study, Design and Implementing Crane Structure in design phase and development including Crane Foundation for the
Wire Line Crane with Stress Calculations according DNV.
Ensure cost-efficient mechanical / hydraulically completion on each project, improved budgeting and cost control.
Performing Project Management, Project Planning and Project Documentation.
Project: Substructures for Marine Offshore Wind Turbines
Activities: Study, Design, Acquisition and Implementation of marine substructures for the wind mill technology.
Main Jacket 4-Pile Marine Substructures & 5-Pile Marine Substructures attached on Sea Bed.

Responsible for the design and determination of both structural and mechanical services, including the construction of
new disciplines and the expansion of facility services.
Direct supervision of onsite contractors. Chairing meetings. Contract evaluation and award.
Assisting in the in development and expansion of the existing mechanical structure and improving engineering tools.
Liaison between prospects mechanical / hydraulically, sub-contractors and subject matter experts like DNV authorities.
Contributing to strategy formulation and forward planning as a member of the management team.
Initiating the project, defining project scope and preparing the project plan.
Writing technical specifications and overseeing production of conceptual drawings, preliminary design criteria for project
including scope of work, work breakdown structure and general specification, milestone identification and planning.
Maintaining change controls.
Identifying service needs, solving engineering problems relating to the continuous expansion of the ongoing scope of work.
Establishing “Planned and Preventive Maintenance” PPM programs and procedures after project closure.
Identifying and matching needs to approved budget with project stakeholders.
Analyzing ongoing project risks and assigning and mitigating risks.
Reporting project status at progress meetings.
Ensuring all resources (manpower and materials), are provided as per the contractor’s scheduled plan,
meet all Key Performance Indicator’s and Service Level Agreements on time and within budget.
