QA inspection engineer making reports for these projects, monitoring progress and compare with contract time period, checking contractor submittals, progress sheets, doing punch lists, checking payments requests, contractors evaluation Documents , using 3 phase inspection to control contractors work I was supervise about 20 project, coordination of the civil works as the time table specified at the time tables of the project then assign the labor & materials & other skills required to the whole project making the tenders for the subcontractors and advertise them according to the time table, all the surveying works within the works checking all the construction materials consumed, delivered in or from the project site, doing the sites visits to all projects in Forat area (5 provinces) of about 60 project inspecting the safety deficiency and instruct, motivate and enforce the safe way as EM385-1-1 stats to do safe construction works, doing safety reports, contact the resident engineer about Issues review the safety plans and doing Mods. On them informing the safety manager for GRS projects, and train the projects safety engineers, train engineers and contractors most safety topics and other as work requared.
