Problem Solving and Trainer Skills- Resolved critical environmental issues on construction sites one acre or larger within the regulations set forth by the EPA NPDES permit system within the state of Minnesota for three years, and on linear projects such a highway projects and major pipeline construction work for two years. Technical Skills- Analyze and report on construction site conditions for environmental concern, maintenance, and cleanup using specialized inspection software and databases. Analyze and evaluate technical background information and policy on linear, commercial, and residential development and environmental consequences. Use this information for risk analysis and compliance with current environmental regulations. Responsible for pro-active construction site management to foresee problem areas, drainage and erosion concerns and informing senior personnel of non-compliance issues on sites. Most recent employment dealt with easement and legal review used to acquire, convey and vacate easements and assisted in negotiating easements with property owners.
